My scalp is one of those annoying sensitive ones where a lot of shampoos make it itchy either right away or later in the day, so I’m always kind of paying attention after I wash my hair. This one felt really gentle and mild while I was using it, and afterward my scalp didn’t have that tight or irritated feeling. My hair still felt clean too, like it actually washed out the oil and buildup, but it didn’t leave my hair weirdly dry or squeaky in that stripped way. Overall, it was just a nice, comfortable shampoo for me.

I was really hoping this would brighten up my white and gray hair like it claimed, but it just made it look dull and flat. Disappointing when the product promises one thing and the results are totally the opposite.

My only issue is that the colour looked a little different in person compared with what I thought I was ordering, so I’m hoping they’ll offer some sort of small compensation or gesture for that. Overall though, I’m still happy with it...

They did get back to me in the end and sorted the issue, so fair enough. But I had to chase them twice, which was a bit annoying. I mean, who wants to keep following up just to get a simple update?
